Frequently Asked Questions
- What areas do you serve?
- Well, we serve the Foothill Community, primarily including Pasadena, La Canada, La Crescenta, Tujunga, Sunland, Shadow Hills, Sun Valley, and
also Burbank, Glendale and North Hollywood. However, for a larger job (something more than a clogged toilet or leaky faucet) there are no bounds
to how far we will go. Just give us a call and we can talk about it.
- Do you have any discounts or promotions going on to save me some money?
- Why, yes we do! Please see our promotions page to see what we have going on right now.
- If you say you will be at my house at 10:00, should I plan on camping out there all day waiting for you to show up whenever you want?
- No Way! We hate that too. If we say we will be there at a certain time, we will. All we ask is that you give us a few minute grace period for
things like traffic or making a wrong turn. If for some reason mother nature and her pipes throw us a curve ball and there is an unavoidable plumbing
emergency that prevents us from arriving on time, you will receive a phone call from us as soon as we know about it. However, that pretty much never happens,
so you can count on us!
- Lots of companies advertise "low" and "affordable" prices. What does that really mean? Will the quality of work suffer?
- The quality of work is top notch no matter what! First off, we hate arriving at a job and finding that some plumber didn't do things correctly or
did a quick fix without your knowledge in hopes that you would have to call him back when it broke...again. We do work right the first time, so
don't worry that our low prices mean anything but low prices.
As far as "low" and "affordable" pricing, we always aim to come in as your lowest bid on a job. We don't have a huge company to support, which means
we don't have a bunch of overhead costs strapping us in. We want to be the plumbing company you call because we did great work for a great price.
We know that is the way to build business, and the way to keep business.
- If I have an expensive plumbing problem but can't afford the real fix, can you do a quick fix?
- As long as it doesn't violate any codes, we will work with what you can afford at the time. For instance, if the main line to your house has
roots growing through it all over the place, the best thing to do would be to replace the main line. If that's not cost effective for you, we will
happily rooter that line out to "make it work" as many times as you want until you are ready for the larger job to be done.
- Are there any strings attached to having you give me a "free estimate"?
- Absolutely not! We know what it's like to hire somebody to work on your home. It's a constant juggle between who has the best price and who you
think will do the best work. We would love to be in the running for any plumbing work you need done. We hope that by meeting us face to face
you will realize that all the great things we claim about ourselves on this website are, in fact, true. If you hire us, we will prove it to you!
